As a small businessman I am fast coming to the conclusion that I would be very happy to live without Royal Mail, if only there was some competition to replace your appalling service. You're living in the 1970s, or perhaps the 19th century. Grow up. Get real. Do your bloody jobs and adapt to the changes that you can't possibly hold back. Privatisation is the only answer.
